Jesus said, "Full well you reject the commandment of God that you may keep your own tradition" Mark 7:9. The Bible teaches that when man's traditions conflict with God's law, we are to obey God instead of man. Jesus warned against putting any law above God's law when He said, "In vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrine the commandment of men" Mark 7:7.
