When will the first resurrection take place?

"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout…and the dead in Christ shall rise first."
Answer
In John 5:28-29, Jesus tells us that there are two resurrections; One for the saved, and one for the lost. The saved will come up in the first resurrection. The first resurrection happens when Jesus shall descend from heaven at His second coming.
