Answer
No one will get the Mark of the Beast until Sunday observance is enforced by a universal law that includes economic sanctions against those who refuse to comply. The punishment for those that refuse to comply will be two fold; First, they will be cut off from buying and selling (Revelation 13:17), and secondly there will eventually be a death decree (vs. 15). No one has the mark now because there is no Sunday law being enforced yet.
