Does a true Bible prophet have to be a man, or can a woman be a true Bible prophet?

The Bible teaches that both men and women can be prophets for God. Below is a list of some of the women prophets found in the Bible, both Old and New Testament:

Deborah, was inspired to help Israel conquer the Canaanites (see Judges 4:4). She also "judged Israel".
Isaiah's Wife, was a prophetess (See Isaiah 8:3)
Huldah, aided Hilkiah the priest in the reforms of Josiah (2 Kings 22:14, 2 Chron. 34:22)
