How to be Victorious on Judgment Day

Revelation's Winning in Court

Sampson Parker of Kershaw County, South Carolina, had to make a tough decision. Climbing down from his tractor to free a cornstalk that plugged up his corn harvester, Parker managed to get his hand stuck in the machinery. All alone and unable to free himself, he tried to reach the off switch for the corn harvester, but was unsuccessful. Parker’s hand soon went numb, and he knew that he desperately needed to free himself from the running corn harvester before it pulled him all the way in. That’s when he made the decision to cut off his own fingers in order to save his life. He pulled out his trusty John Deere pocket knife and started the job, but before he could get too far, the machine caught on fire. The fire spread quickly and soon his arm started to burn. "My skin was melting. It was dripping off my arm like plastic, plastic melting. I realized I was in trouble," he later told reporters. Not wanting to die, Parker quickly made a “life or limb” decision and started to cut of his right arm. He was able to accomplish the task, cutting through all the flesh and the bone, and freed himself just in time. He then drove his truck to his home where a local firefighter wrapped up his arm and took him to the hospital. Parker survived. He was able to get himself out of an almost impossible trap. The Bible teaches that the devil also has an impossible trap that he has set for all mankind. It says that "all have sinned" and there’s a judgment awaiting us. The wages of sin is death. How can we possibly escape this trap? Lets begin this lesson and find out:
