Does life go on as usual after the day of the Lord?

"The day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."
Answer
When Jesus comes, life does not continue on as usual. The Bible says that the heavens pass away with a great noise, the elements melt, the earth and the works therein are burned up. There is no room for secrecy with this amazing event.
