"Jesus was baptized of John in the Jordan, and coming up out of the water saw the heavens open."
Answer
Jesus was baptized in water even though He was sinless. He did this, not because of His sins, but as an example for us. He also did it for those who, for whatever reason, might not be able to be baptized for themselves.
