How many different methods of baptism are acceptable?

Answer
Today, there are many different methods used to baptize people, such as sprinkling, pouring, crossing with wet finger, and even self baptizing. But there is only one method that God accepts, and that is immersion in water. Where did all of the counterfeit forms of baptism originate? They are simply traditions of men. Jesus warned us of putting tradtions above the word of God. He said, "For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men" Mark 7:8.
