Will Baptism get rid of all my trials and struggles in life?

Answer
Committing your life to Jesus through baptism doesn’t necessarily mean the devil will stop trying to tempt you. But every time God’s people are tempted, He promises to provide a way out for them. The Bible tells us to "draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh unto thee...Resist the devil and he will flee from you" (James 4:7-8). The devil is angry with people who commit their lives to Jesus, and will try to make life hard for them. But God, who is much stronger, promises to help those who cry out to Him day and night.
