Answer

The Roman Catholic Church is headed by one single man, the Pope. The church claims that he stands in God’s place. They wrote, “The Pope is of so great authority and power that he can modify..divine law, since his power is not of man, but of God" Lucius Ferraris, Prompta Bibliotheca, Papa, II, Vol. VI, p. 29. The Protestant Reformers were correct in identifying the Papacy as the Anti Christ Beast of the Bible. Most of our protestant churches today have forgotten this important fact. The 1260 year period is often refered to as "The Dark Ages" because the Bible was forbidden to the people. Dark Ages is an appropriate name because without the "light" of God's word people are in darkness.

Does the Roman Catholic Papacy fit point #8? Is it led by one supreme man?

Yes!

The pope is the supreme head of this church/state system.

"It is quite certain that Popes have never disapproved or rejected this title, "Lord God the Pope" for the passage in the gloss referred to appears in the edition of the Canon Law published in Rome by Gregory XIII." The Gloss of Extravegantes of Pope John XXII by Father A. Pereira
