Is it really possible to keep the commandments?

Answer

Even though we have a past record of sin, Jesus can come into our lives and give us victory over sin. The Bible says, "These things I write to you that you sin not." It is God's will that we stop sinning. It says that we can accomplish this and do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us. Over and over, we have seen that God asks us to keep His commandments. When He commands us to obey Him, He offers to give us the power to do what He asks us to do. Sure, we may stumble and fall along the way, but Jesus is able to pick us back up again and help us overcome the sin in our lives.
